हिमाचल प्रदेश स्कूल प्रवक्ता संघ ने सेवा शर्त अधिनियम 2024 के तहत 585 नव नियुक्त प्रवक्ताओं को जॉब ट्रेनिंग बनाए जाने का कड़ा विरोध किया है। यह नियुक्तियां 17 अक्टूबर 2023 के विज्ञापन के आधार पर हुई थी, इसलिए नए अधिनियम को उसे पर लागू करना न्याय संगत नहीं है। प्रवक्ता संघ ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट के फैसले का भी हवाला दिया है, जिसमें विज्ञापन के बाद नियम बदलने को गलत बताया गया है। संघ अध्यक्ष अजय नेगी ने इसे और असंवैधानिक बताते हुए कहा है कि यह नियुक्त शिक्षकों के अधिकारों का हनन है। मुख्य सचिव प्रेस सचिव जयराम शर्मा ने बताया ,यदि फैसला वापस नहीं हुआ तो मुख्यमंत्री से मिलकर राज्यव्यापी आंदोलन शुरू किया जाएगा। जानकारी देते हुए बताया, जॉब ट्रेनी नीति पढ़ी-लिखे युवाओं के साथ खिलवाड़ है। इसलिए इस नीति का विरोध होना लाजमी है। बता दे की जॉब ट्रेनी योजना स्कीम के तहत कमिशन का पेपर क्लियर करने के बावजूद भी 2 साल के टाइम पीरियड के लिए रखा जाएगा। जो चुने हुए कैंडिडेट का ट्रेनिंग पीरियड समझा जाएगा। उसके दो वर्ष का कार्यकाल समाप्त होने के बाद फिर से एग्जाम क्लियर करना पड़ेगा। उसके बाद ही रेगुलर प्रक्रिया शुरू होगी।

Himachal Pradesh School Spokesperson Association has strongly opposed the job training of 585 newly appointed lecturers under the Service Conditions Act 2024. These appointments were made on the basis of the advertisement of 17 October 2023, so it is not fair to apply the new Act on it. The Spokesperson Association has also cited the decision of the Supreme Court, in which changing the rules after the advertisement has been termed wrong. Union President Ajay Negi has called it more unconstitutional and said that it is a violation of the rights of the appointed teachers. Chief Secretary Press Secretary Jairam Sharma said, if the decision is not withdrawn, a state-wide movement will be started by meeting the Chief Minister. Giving information, he said, the job trainee policy is playing with the educated youth. Therefore, it is natural to oppose this policy. Let us tell you that under the Job Trainee Yojana Scheme, despite clearing the commission paper, you will be kept for a time period of 2 years. This will be considered as the training period of the selected candidate. After the completion of his two-year tenure, he will have to clear the exam again. Only after that the regular process will start.
