विकासनगर- जन संघर्ष मोर्चा अध्यक्ष एवं जीएमवीएन के पूर्व उपाध्यक्ष रघुनाथ सिंह नेगी ने सचिव, स्वास्थ्य डॉ. आर राजेश कुमार से भेंट कर प्रदेश के कई बड़े नामी सूचीबद्ध प्राइवेट हॉस्पिटल द्वारा बाह्य रोगियों को आपात स्थिति में दाखिले (एडमिशन) के समय बिना सिफारिश के आयुष्मान योजना के तहत अक्सर वेंटिलेटर/ आईसीयू की सुविधा उपलब्ध कराने में आनाकानी/ बहाना बनाने के मामले को लेकर ज्ञापन सौंपा | डॉ. कुमार ने कार्यवाही का भरोसा दिलाया | नेगी ने कहा कि कई अस्पताल आपात स्थिति में वेंटिलेटर/ आईसीयू इस समय उपलब्ध नहीं है,का बहाना बनाकर टाल देते हैं, जबकि अस्पताल में यह सुविधा उस वक्त उपलब्ध रहती है | ऐसे समय में जब उस वक्त मरीज की जान पर बनी रहती है | इन कारणों के चलते सरकार की आयुष्मान योजना का लाभ मरीज को नहीं मिल पाता| कई मामलों में, जिन लोगों की एप्रोच होती है ,वो मरीज इस सुविधा का लाभ उठा लेते हैं, लेकिन सिफारिश विहीन अन्य मरीज अस्पतालों के चक्कर ही काटते रहते हैं |

आलम यह है कि आयुष्मान के तहत इलाज करा रहे मरीजों को ये अस्पताल हेय दृष्टि से देखते हैं | कई मामलों में देखा गया है की अस्पताल प्रबंधन प्राइवेट स्वास्थ्य बीमा कार्ड धारकों/ गोल्डन कार्ड/ नगद वालों पर विशेष ध्यान देते हैं, जिसमें उनकी अच्छी कमाई होती है| कई बार तो ये अस्पताल जब तक स्वास्थ्य बीमा कार्ड/ गोल्डन कार्ड की राशि समाप्त नहीं हो जाती तब तक मरीज को नहीं छोड़ते, चाहे वह चार दिन पहले ही मर चुका हो | इस ओर विशेष ध्यान देने की जरूरत है | ऐसी लापरवाही के चलते सरकार की योजना शत प्रतिशत धरातल पर नहीं उत्तर पा रही है | विभागीय मंत्री इस मामले में संज्ञान लेकर मरीजों को राहत प्रदान कर सकते हैं, अगर इनके पास फुर्सत हो तो! |

मोर्चा को भरोसा है कि आयुष्मान का लाभ इन बाह्य रोगियों को मिलने लगेगा |
