मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर धामी ने ‘डिजिटल उत्तराखंड’ के एकीकृत प्लेटफॉर्म के माध्यम से नागरिक सेवाओं की सरल, सुविधाजनक और पारदर्शी उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित करने के लिए तय रोडमैप के अनुसार समयबद्ध और प्रभावी कार्रवाई के निर्देश दिए हैं।

मुख्यमंत्री ने सचिवालय में आयोजित बैठक के दौरान कहा कि गुड गवर्नेंस के लिए यह एक महत्वपूर्ण गेमचेंजर डिजिटल पहल है, जिसे सफल बनाने के लिए सभी संबंधित विभाग तत्परता से कार्य करें। उन्होंने कहा कि इस पहल से उत्तराखंड को डिजिटल युग की मुख्यधारा में लाने में मदद मिलेगी और शासन प्रणाली अधिक पारदर्शी और प्रभावी बन सकेगी। नागरिकों से संवाद और सेवाओं के वितरण के तरीके में भी यह प्लेटफॉर्म क्रांतिकारी बदलाव लाएगा।

मुख्यमंत्री ने निर्देश दिए कि इस प्लेटफॉर्म को उपयोगकर्ता के लिए सुगम, सुविधाजनक और सुरक्षित बनाया जाए।

बैठक में सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी सचिव नितेश झा ने जानकारी दी कि ‘डिजिटल उत्तराखंड’ प्लेटफॉर्म को राज्य सरकार की सभी योजनाओं व सेवाओं के लिए एक सिंगल डिजिटल एक्सेस पॉइंट के रूप में विकसित किया जा रहा है। यह डेटा आधारित प्रशासन, दक्षता और पारदर्शिता को बढ़ावा देगा, जिससे योजनाओं के क्रियान्वयन और नागरिक सेवाओं के वितरण में सुधार होगा।

बैठक में अवस्थापना अनुश्रवण परिषद के उपाध्यक्ष विश्वास डाबर, मुख्य सचिव आनंद बर्द्धन, प्रमुख सचिव आर.के. सुधांशु, आर. मीनाक्षी सुंदरम, सचिव श्रीधर बाबू अदांकी, आईटीडीए निदेशक गौरव कुमार, सीपीपीजीजी के अपर मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी मनोज पंत सहित संबंधित अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।

In the meeting, Information Technology Secretary Nitesh Jha informed that the ‘Digital Uttarakhand’ platform is being developed as a single digital access point for all the schemes and services of the state government. This will promote data based administration, efficiency and transparency, which will improve the implementation of schemes and the distribution of civil services.
