शिमला में भीड़भाड़, ट्रैफिक की समस्या को कम करने के लिए उद्देश्य से प्रदेश सरकार ने व्यापक योजना तैयार करने के लिए कैबिनेट उप समिति का गठन किया है। ट्रैफिक समस्या को कम करने के लिए मंडियों को बाईपास शिफ्ट करने का प्रस्ताव तैयार किया गया है।सामान्य प्रशासन विभाग की ओर से जारी अधिसूचना के अनुसार समिति की अध्यक्षता राजस्व मंत्री जगत सिंह नेगी करेंगे।
सदस्यों में ग्रामीण विकास एवं पंचायती राज मंत्री अनिरुद्ध सिंह, लोक निर्माण मंत्री विक्रमादित्य सिंह ,और नगर एवं ग्राम निवास नियोजन मंत्री राकेश धर्माणी शामिल हैं। शहरी विकास निदेशक समिति के सदस्य सचिव के रूप में कार्य करेंगे। स्थानीय प्रतिनिधित्व , सुझाव को सुनिश्चित करने के लिए शिमला के विधायक को समिति में विशेष आमंत्रित सदस्य नियुक्त किया गया है। राजधानी शिमला के गंज बाजार में अनाज और लोअर बाजार में सब्जी मंडी अन्य जगह शिफ्ट करने की योजना बन रही है।

With the aim of reducing congestion and traffic problems in Shimla, the state government has formed a cabinet sub-committee to prepare a comprehensive plan. A proposal has been prepared to shift the Mandis to the bypass to reduce the traffic problem. According to the notification issued by the General Administration Department, the committee will be chaired by Revenue Minister Jagat Singh Negi.
The members include Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Minister Aniruddh Singh, Public Works Minister Vikramaditya Singh, and Town and Countryside Planning Minister Rakesh Dharmani. The Urban Development Director will act as the Member Secretary of the Committee. To ensure local representation and suggestions, the MLA of Shimla has been appointed as a special invitee member in the committee. There is a plan to shift the grain market in Ganj Bazaar of the capital Shimla and the vegetable market in Lower Bazaar to another place.
