उपनलकर्मियों के नियमितीकरण मामले को मोर्चा ने रखा मुख्यमंत्री के समक्ष

देहरादून- जन संघर्ष मोर्चा अध्यक्ष एवं जीएमवीएन के पूर्व उपाध्यक्ष रघुनाथ सिंह नेगी ने मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी से मुलाकात कर उपनलकर्मियों के नियमितीकरण व अन्य लाभ प्रदान किए जाने विषयक मामले में सरकार से मा. उच्च न्यायालय के आदेश दिनांक 12/11/18 का अनुपालन कराने का आग्रह किया तथा इन कर्मियों की राह में रोडा बनी मा. सुप्रीम कोर्ट में योजित रिव्यू पिटिशन वापस लेने का भी आग्रह किया |

मुख्यमंत्री ने कार्यवाही का भरोसा दिलाया | नेगी ने कहा कि सरकार को इन कर्मियों के नियमितीकरण व अन्य लाभ प्रदान किए जाने की दिशा में सबसे पहले मा. उच्चतम न्यायालय में योजित रिव्यू पिटिशन वापस लेने की दिशा में काम करना चाहिए|

नेगी ने कहा कि मा. उच्चतम न्यायालय में सरकार द्वारा योजित एसएलपी दिनांक 15/10/ 24 को खारिज होने के उपरांत सरकार द्वारा दिनांक 8/11/24 को रिव्यू पिटिशन दायर गई थी, जोकि अभी मा. न्यायालय में विचाराधीन है |

नेगी ने कहा कि सरकार द्वारा कुछ माह पूर्व इन उपनलकर्मियों के नियमितीकरण आदि मामले में कार्यवाही का आश्वासन दे चुकी है, लेकिन अभी तक धरातल पर कोई कार्रवाई नहीं हुई | सरकार को इस बात पर भी गौर करना चाहिए कि इन अल्प वेतन भोगी कर्मियों के भविष्य का क्या होगा ! इनके परिवार का गुजर- बसर कैसे होगा ! बड़ा दुख होता है जब पक्ष- विपक्ष के विधायक एक आवाज में अपने वेतन- भत्तों में बढ़ोतरी करा लेते हैं, लेकिन वहीं दूसरी और इन कर्मियों के बारे में इनकी जुबान पर ताले लग जाते हैं |

नेगी ने कहा कि उपनल कर्मियों के मामले में मा.उच्च न्यायालय ने दिनांक 12/11/18 के द्वारा सरकार को इन कर्मियों के नियमितीकरण व अन्य लाभ प्रदान किए जाने के निर्देश दिए थे, लेकिन सरकार ने उक्त फैसले /आदेश के खिलाफ मा. सुप्रीम कोर्ट में एसएलपी योजित की थी, जिस पर मा. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सरकार की एसएलपी खारिज कर दी थी | सरकार को मा. सुप्रीम कोर्ट व हाई कोर्ट के आदेश के आलोक में इनको हक देना चाहिए, जिससे ये अल्प वेतन भोगी कर्मी अपने परिवार का भविष्य सुरक्षित रख सकें |
