“बेटी बचाओ, बेटी पढ़ाओ” के मूल मंत्र को साकार करती हुई शिलाई क्षेत्र की होनहार बेटी खुशी चौहान ने शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में एक बड़ी उपलब्धि हासिल कर शिलाई को गौरवान्वित किया है। गांव बांदली निवासी और HYSCC शिलाई के पूर्व मुख्य सलाहकार रमेश चौहान की पुत्री खुशी चौहान ने AIIMS एग्ज़ाम 2025 में पूरे देश में 24वां रैंक प्राप्त की है। इतना ही नहीं, उन्होंने IGMC शिमला में भी 12वीं रैंक के साथ चयन प्राप्त किया है जो क्षेत्र के लिए गौरव का विषय है।

खुशी चौहान ने अपनी 10वीं की परीक्षा बाल भारती पब्लिक स्कूल शिलाई से वर्ष 2018 में पूरी की इसके बाद मेडिकल स्ट्रीम में अपनी 12वीं की पढ़ाई वर्ष 2021 में पी.एम.सीनियर सेकेंडरी स्कूल शिलाई से पूरी की थी। वहीं माता पद्मावती मेडिकल कॉलेज नाहन से वर्ष 2024 में नर्सिंग की पढाई पूरी की जिसमे उन्होंने 8 वां रेंक भी हासिल किया। इस सफलता के पीछे उनकी कड़ी मेहनत, अनुशासन और परिवार व शिक्षकों का मार्गदर्शन रहा है। खुशी ने अपनी सफलता का श्रेय अपने माता-पिता, शिक्षकों और विद्यालय को देते हुए कहा कि उन्होंने हर कठिनाई को अपने लक्ष्य की ओर एक सीढ़ी माना। इस उपलब्धि से न केवल उनके परिवार, बल्कि पूरे शिलाई क्षेत्र का नाम रोशन हुआ है। क्षेत्र के शिक्षाविदों और सामाजिक संगठनों ने खुशी को उज्ज्वल भविष्य के लिए शुभकामनाएं दी हैं। खुशी ने अपने नाम की तरह ही पूरे शिलाई को खुश होने का अवसर दिया है।

Realizing the basic mantra of “Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao”, the promising daughter of Shillai region Khushi Chauhan has made Shillai proud by achieving a major achievement in the field of education. Khushi Chauhan, daughter of Ramesh Chauhan, a resident of village Bandli and former Chief Advisor of HYSCC Shillai, has secured 24th rank in the whole country in AIIMS Exam 2025. Not only this, she has also got selected with 12th rank in IGMC Shimla which is a matter of pride for the region. Khushi Chauhan completed her 10th examination from Bal Bharti Public School Shillai in the year 2018 and completed her 12th in medical stream in the year 2021 from PM Senior Secondary School Shillai. She completed her nursing studies from Mata Padmavati Medical College, Nahan in the year 2024, in which she also secured 8th rank. Her hard work, discipline and guidance of family and teachers have been behind this success. Giving credit for her success to her parents, teachers and school, Khushi said that she considered every difficulty as a step towards her goal. This achievement has brought glory to not only her family but the entire Shillai region. Educationists and social organizations of the region have wished Khushi a bright future. Just like her name, Khushi has given the entire Shillai an opportunity to be happy.
