हिमाचल में स्वास्थ्य के साथ खिलवाड़, नकली कमराज कैप्सूल बना रही कंपनी पर FIR

संसारपुर टैरेस क्षेत्र में नकली दवाइयों के निर्माण के गंभीर मामले का खुलासा हुआ है। यहां स्थित Qurax Pharma नामक फार्मा यूनिट पर एक प्रतिष्ठित ब्रांडेड कंपनी की दवा “कमराज कैप्सूल” की अवैध नकल करने का आरोप है।

सूचना मिलने के बाद 15 जुलाई 2025 को पुलिस थाना संसारपुर टैरेस में इस मामले को लेकर कॉपीराइट उल्लंघन और ड्रग एक्ट की विभिन्न धाराओं के तहत FIR दर्ज की गई।

इसके बाद पुलिस और ड्रग विभाग की संयुक्त टीम ने संबंधित यूनिट पर छापेमारी की। इस दौरान मौके से भारी मात्रा में नकली दवा तैयार करने में इस्तेमाल हो रही सामग्री, पैकिंग मटीरियल, लेबल्स, मशीनें और अन्य आपत्तिजनक सामग्री जब्त की गई।

ड्रग विभाग ने यह भी पुष्टि की कि जब्त की गई सामग्री एक वैध दवा निर्माता की नकल है और इससे मरीजों की जान को खतरा हो सकता था।

फिलहाल यूनिट के मालिक और अन्य कर्मचारियों से पूछताछ जारी है। पुलिस इस बात की जांच कर रही है कि इस नकली दवा का सप्लाई नेटवर्क कितना बड़ा था और क्या यह दूसरे राज्यों तक भी फैला हुआ था। जांच के बाद और भी खुलासे होने की संभावना है।

Currently, the owner of the unit and other employees are being questioned. The police is investigating how big the supply network of this fake medicine was and whether it was spread to other states as well. There is a possibility of more revelations after investigation.
